What you’ll be doing:
Make a tangible, positive impact on the lives of children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders.
Collaborate closely with individuals to enhance essential life skills, behavior, and overall quality of life.
Design, implement, and monitor a diverse range of behavioral support services tailored to meet the unique needs of clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and/or other behavioral and social/communication challenges.
Develop and execute comprehensive treatment plans with a focus on individualized care.
Foster collaboration among team members, related service providers, families, and other stakeholders to ensure holistic support.
Mentor, supervise, and evaluate the clinical operations of Behavior Technicians, nurturing their growth and development.
Drive excellence through designing and overseeing internal quarterly quality audits, establishing best practices for continuous improvement.
