*<Responsibilities>*
•Assist classroom teachers in delivering tailored instruction aligned with each student’s IEP and curriculum goals
•Support students with disabilities, including those with autism and developmental delays, in daily activities and learning tasks
•Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive social interactions and classroom order
•Help develop and adapt lesson plans that incorporate literacy education, math, and other core subjects suitable for various developmental stages
•Provide hands-on care for preschool and toddler-aged children, including Montessori or preschool methodologies when applicable
•Maintain detailed documentation of student progress, behavior incidents, and instructional activities to support ongoing assessment and planning
•*<Qualifications>*
•Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, especially within special education or early childhood environments
•Knowledge of childhood development principles, classroom management techniques, and curriculum development strategies
•Background in early childhood education, preschool experience, or toddler care is highly desirable
•Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and specialists
•Ability to manage behavior positively while fostering an inclusive classroom atmosphere
•Prior experience with literacy education, math instruction, and curriculum adaptation for diverse learners
